Chocolate Drizzled Caramel Milkshake with Hu Kitchen

Milkshake Ingredients:

  • 1 C. Plant-based Milk
  • 1 pkg. noops Caramel Pudding
  • 3 pkgs. Hu Kitchen Salty Dark Chocolate
  • 3 tsp. Coconut Oil or Soy-free Vegan Butter
  • ⅓ C. Brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Soy-free Plant-based Butter
  • 1 pkg. noops Caramel Pudding
  • ½ tsp. Kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp. Vanilla extract


  • Make the caramel sauce in advance. Combine the brown sugar, plant-based butter, and 4.75 oz. Caramel noops Pudding in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stirring, gently simmer the mixture until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
  • Reserve two squares of Hu Salty Dark Chocolate (set aside). To make the chocolate sauce, break apart the remaining chocolate squares and melt together in a microwave with the plant-based butter. Stir every 20-30 seconds and whisk until smooth.
  • Place the milkshake ingredients into the pitcher of a high-powered  blender. Pulse to chop the bananas before blending until smooth.
  • Drizzle the inside of the two tall, chilled glasses with caramel sauce. Fill the glasses with the milkshake mixture. To garnish each milkshake, drizzle with caramel sauce and chocolate sauce. Using a knife and a cutting board, shave the reserved Hu Salty Dark Chocolate and sprinkle over the tops.
