Chocolate Fruit Dip

This month we are sharing one of our favorite noops recipes with you, Chocolate Fruit Dip! This delicious and easy-to-make treat is perfect for any afternoon by the pool and will leave you wanting more.


  • 2 Pkg. (4.75 oz) noops Chocolate Pudding
  • ¼ C. Dairy-free Mini Chocolate Chips, melted
  • 1 Can Coconut Milk, chilled overnight, solids only (liquid discarded) *
  • 1 Tbsp. Maple or Date Syrup
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla Paste
  • ½ tsp. Cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Skewered Summer Fruits, i.e., orange sections, banana and kiwi slices, apple chunks, strawberries, and grapes


  • Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler on the stove-top or in the microwave (stir every 20 seconds). Set aside.
  • In a chilled mixing bowl, combine the chilled coconut milk solids, maple or date syrup, vanilla paste, cinnamon, and salt. Using a hand mixer, whip the mixture until stiff peaks form.
  • Whisk the melted chocolate and the noops pudding into the mixture and chill for 24 hours before serving with assembled fruit skewers.

* Chilling the unopened can of coconut for 24 hours in advance (along with a metal mixing bowl) will ensure a fluffier dip.
