Scoopin' noops Cookie Dough

What does going back to school mean? After-school snacks are back! Try our new Scoopin' noops Cookie Dough. Eat it by the spoonful and get that powered by pudding energy you and the kids need to finish out the day!


  • 1 (4.75 oz.) pkg. noops Vanilla Pudding
  • 1 ¾ C. Gluten-free All-purpose Flour
  • ¾ C. Soy Free, Plant-based Butter
  • ½ C. Brown Sugar, packed
  • ½ C. Cane Sugar
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • ½ C. Dairy-free Chocolate Chips


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spread the raw flour evenly on a baking sheet. For food safety, toast the flour in the oven for about 5 minutes without browning.
  • Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl before folding in the toasted flour and salt. Add chocolate chips and incorporate.
  • Cover the dough in a serving bowl and chill for 30 minutes*. Serve as a dip or by the spoonful.

*Best when chilled overnight!
