Vanilla Cardamom Pom Shake

We're shakin' up your usual pom shake! Can't get enough red this holiday season, and looking for a lighter and fruitier snack? This noops Vanilla Cardamom Pomegranate Shake is exactly what you've been asking Santa for!

Vanilla Cardamom Pom Shake

  • 1 C. Plant-based milk
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 3 C. Pomegranate Seeds, more for garnish
  • 1 Banana, frozen
  • 1 (4.75 oz.) Pkg. noops Vanilla Pudding
  • ½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. Ground Cardamom
  • 1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup (optional)


  • Combine the plant-based milk, vanilla, and chia seeds in a pint jar. Secure the lid and give it a shake. Allow the mixture to rest for 20 minutes, so the chia seeds can absorb the liquid.
  • In the meantime, place the pomegranate seeds in a high-speed blender and puree.
  • Using a mesh sieve, strain the pomegranate juice from the pulp. Discard the pulp and pour the juice back into the blender.
  • Add the frozen banana chunks, noops Vanilla Pudding, cinnamon, cardamom, and maple syrup (if using) to the blender. Puree until smooth.
  • Pour the blended mixture into the pint jar with the milk mixture. Secure the lid and shake well before serving.
