  • 1 container of noops Vanilla Pudding
  • ½ cup Plant-based Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • ½ Frozen Banana
  • 2 tsp. Maple Syrup
  • ¼ tsp. Ground Cinnamon, more to taste

Suggested Toppings:

  • Hulled Hemp Seeds
  • Cocoa Nibs
  • Frozen Berries


  • In a small saucepan, gently heat the plant-based milk until warmed through or heat it in a microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Stir the chia seeds into the warm milk and steep for 10 minutes.
  • In a high-powered blender, combine the noops Vanilla Pudding, frozen banana, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
